Fragile

Fragile is a photographic project shaped by personal experience and a profound inner journey. Grounded in a period of isolation—where contact was once avoided, forming connections was difficult, and withdrawal ensued—the work reflects upon the delicate nature of human relationships, love, and touch.

The disappointments experienced regarding love and trust are observed to have gradually manifested as psychosomatic symptoms within the body. As these experiences were confronted during therapy, photography was transformed into a realm of expression and a therapeutic medium. Within the artwork, both the weight of this inner burden and the traces of an unfolding transformation are rendered visible.

The work is centered on the understanding that authentic connection between two individuals is made possible only when existing in all one's vulnerability is embraced.
