The traces of structures damaged in the earthquake-stricken region of Hatay have been documented using a medium-format, lensless pinhole camera. Through these black-and-white images, the narrative of destruction, emptiness, absence, and fragmentation is conveyed.

Across the debris-strewn plains in the foreground, the transformation of spaces—once home to life and hope—is laid bare. Through collapsed walls, shattered windows, and damaged buildings, the vanishing of the past and the silence of the structures are captured. The project invites viewers to confront the fragility, transience, and inevitable limitations of human existence.
